Moving away from her, he knelt down to pick one of the small furry creatures up in hand. When he rose, he was delicately holding it, as if the very small life was more precious to him than his own. In truth, nothing living resided here. He simply cared for the smallest of things. “It is because I saw so little of her. I barely knew the woman. She had never held me, never coddled me. I believe she feared me, or found me repulsive. I suppose I do not blame her.”
He held up the mouse just a little. “These are gentle creatures. They only bite when frightened. See?”
“I blame her,” she replied as she watched Edward and his movements intently, “She is your mother.” Two hazel eyes focused on the furry little bundle in his hand. At first, she wanted to step back as he held the mouse, but eventually, she remained to watch what he was doing. He was not scared. In fact, he seemed to care about this little creature. And it calmed her down. “If we had children – special children, I would love them though, just like I love you.” With that, she gazed up at him again. “There is no difference.”
I'm German too, so I don't use a translator to make Elsa babble in her native language. As it's MY first language too, I'd like to apologize for the silly English mistakes I make.

Oh, and, whenever you see this silly cupcake down there, you'll know that the mun's talking, not Elsa.
That's it, I guess. I hope you haven't expected something special here. You're awesome.
