He watched her move carefully, pulling the blanket above her chest. He was glad to see her responsive and mobile, though. “It is five in the afternoon, Elsa. How are you feeling?” He said as he tucked in her blankets slightly, making sure she was comfortable. Massimo reached for her pillows, fluffing them very gently. Then moving the stray hairs that fell down Elsa’s face, tucking the hair behind her ear.
“So late already? I’ve been sleeping for so long.” Her hazel eyes wandered to meet his gaze as she furrowed her perfectly shaped eyebrows slightly. Feeling how tenderly he freed her face from her unruly curls, Elsa shut her eyes for a moment. “I am very tired. How – how are you?” At the questions, she reopened her eyes and scanned his face carefully, searching for a sign of uncomfort.
I'm German too, so I don't use a translator to make Elsa babble in her native language. As it's MY first language too, I'd like to apologize for the silly English mistakes I make.
