[ ♛ ] His words made her smile softly. How often did she ask herself the same question? Every single day, at least once. Slowly, Elsa’s hand trailed up his neck to cup his cheek, before she leaned down to peck his lips lightly like he would receive a kiss from a gentle feather. The answer to his question was simple, short, taken for granted. “You saved me.”
WARMTH pooled in his blue eyes as he studied her in silence. The poet relished every bit of affection she gave him as if it were the first time, even now. He raised his head to meet her kiss, returning it with another feather-light peck. When he pulled back, it was to trail a gloved thumb along her soft lips. “It was you that saved me, my lovely. Saved me from a lifetime of torment and agony.”
[ ♛ ] For a moment, she let his gloved finger brush over her red lips. “Maybe we saved each other, mh? Maybe it was supposed to happen.” With that, she leaned in to gave his lips another soft kiss, her hand resting on his chest. “And I like it.”
“NOTHING could make me happier,” he admitted, tucking his hair behind an ear before taking the offered cup. He set it down to cool, unable to tear his eyes from her. “What have I done to deserve such sublime things in my life?”

“Just stop whining already.” They used to be so in love with each other… Edward treated the blonde like the lady she truly was, but soon enough, things had changed. The life on the other side quickly bored Elsa; she had her legs back, a man who truly loved her and the chance to start over again, but what would all this matter if there was no competition anymore? The German had anything she had ever wanted, but it still wasn’t enough for her.
That, she eventually had told him. How unhappy she was and how he annoyed her with his childish behavior! Wherever Elsa went, Edward would follow. He was always there, since the moment of her death. He was too much, and yet not enough for her.
He, however, couldn’t handle her words. Oh, how badly they hurt his broken soul! He had tried anything to calm her down and to prove that he would do even more to make her even happier, to give her anything and more. But when he reached out to touch her, Elsa nearly exploded.
“—I told you not to come closer!” It had happened, before she could realize it.
The knife she was holding to protect herself slid easily into his chest. Her hazel eyes stared at his pale face and there, she saw it. The sparkle in his eyes, the sparkle she had loved most about the way he moved, slowly faded away. And she, instead of pulling out the knife and trying to help her lover, pushed it in further. Her expression showed no mercy, but satisfaction.
This gave her back what she had missed. The ability to play with others’ lives.
I'm German too, so I don't use a translator to make Elsa babble in her native language. As it's MY first language too, I'd like to apologize for the silly English mistakes I make.
Doing some language / business studies.

Sometimes, when I'm really bored, I take icon requests. Don't be shy to ask!
Oh, and, whenever you see this silly cupcake down there, you'll know that the mun's talking, not Elsa.
That's it, I guess. I hope you haven't expected something special here. You're awesome.
